Now Accepting Submissions for the
2025 Queer Reading Series
And Toto too Theatre Company Seeking Submissions for our 5th Queer Reading Series
And Toto too is accepting submissions from Colorado playwrights of unpublished and unproduced plays for our fifth reading series in Fall 2025. If your play is ready for the next step in development, and you’d like to get it in front of an audience and are a member of the queer community, we encourage you to submit. Priority consideration will be extended to playwrights who identify as queer, transgender and/or nonbinary. And Toto too believes in the dignity and the intrinsic worth of every human being. We encourage people of all abilities and disabilities, experiences, races, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, religious and non-religious affiliations, and any other category people use to define themselves or others to submit. Please lets us know of any accommodations you require in your cover letter.
Compensation $75.00, this is for 2-2 hour rehearsals, and the reading. You must be in attendance for both. Feedback will be provided via comment cards, we do not do talkbacks after the reading.

Requirements:
One Acts (45-60 minutes in length) or Short Plays (10 minutes)
Play may not have been fully produced
7 or less characters (please do not double up your characters to make it fit)

First 10 pages if it is a full length script. If it is a short then please send entire script.

Synopsis
If these guidelines are not followed your script will not be read. We will contact you only if we are interested in seeing a full script. We do not give feedback on why your play was not accepted. Thank you for submitting. We look forward to reading your work.
