kathi baerns (Director)
I am honored to again be directing for Play Crawl. I keep my hand in almost all forms of the preforming arts: commercials, film and live theater. Most recent films include Goblins Giggle for WIFMCO, The Kindness of Strangers for Ruff Ruff Dog Films, and Heritage by Breanna Washington for CFS. I have also appeared in two web series for UCD – Desert Flower and Terrible Encounters of the Tender Kind . Another web series – Mile High Chronicles - I appear in episode 4 as well as being the radio announcer and voicing the series episode teases. My recent commercials have been Ride the Light Rail for Denver RTD and Mother’s Connection for Cinepro Studios. My stage work includes Margaret and the Ark and The Aristocats for Three Leaches and The Endurance of Light by Amanda Petefish-Schrag for the Athena Project 2019 PIP series. My most important job, by far, is to be the fun and always sparkly grandmother of 7 intelligent and talented kids!
