ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
TARA KELSO
Tara is an actor, dancer, choreographer and aspiring director in the Denver area. She has felt honored to have the opportunity to observe the rehearsal process of And Toto Too. She has been able to pick up a wealth of golden nuggets from observing Susan Lyles' directing style. In the past, Tara had the opportunity to direct The Huntsman by Quincy Long and The Variations of the Death of Trotsky by David Ives. Tara hopes to continue studying under various directors in the Denver area and eventually direct a show on her own.
DESIGNERS
dARREN SMITH (SET/SOUND DESIGN)
Darren Smith has been design sets and sound for And Toto too since 2005, and is the resident Tech Director. In 2008 he received an Ovation Award Nomination from the Denver Post for his sound design of The Glider. Select Set/Sound Designs: The Glider (2008), Heads (2009), Car Talk (2011), The Playground (2014) and Smoke (2015). His daytime alter ego is co-founder of the software company Point of Reference.
ALEXIS K. BOND (LIGHT DESIGN)
Alexis is a Denver native with a BFA in technical theatre from MSU Denver. She is pleased to be working with And Toto Too again, having designed The Gun Show and Flowers in the Desert. When she is not designing, she can be found copiloting her fiancé’s Jeep off-road, or playing Borderlands 2. Alexis would like to thank Susan and Darren for their hard work and collaboration, and send her love to Christopher for his support.
CREW
CAROL TIMBLIN (STAGE MANAGER/LIGHT OPERATOR)
A graduate of Loretto Heights College, Carol has acted and production managed for many Denver theater companies over the past 30 years including The Changing Scene, Aurora Fox, And Toto too, and Germinal Stage. Most recently she was seen on stage in Germinal's Six Characters In Search of an Author, and Stage Managed The Gun Show for And Toto Too. When not hanging around the theater, she can be found outside hiking with the dogs or indoors playing with fiber.
